Spec me a case

Hi guys looking for a case but unsure about what to buy as i want an internally mounted 240 rad/360 if possible

Im torn between the CM-690, Lancool K58 and the CM Storm Scout I have a couple of questions which may hopefully help with the decision

Firstly are the HDD Cages removable and where can the drives be relocated to?

Which is the best for air flow?

Quiestest?

Would Front/Rear pulling air in and Rads pushing up top fans pushing out be the best way of running the fans?

Which is the best for cable management?

The case will be housing a Gigabyte UD2H.

Also if anyone has any of these cases would they be able to measure from the PSU to the front of the case so Ive got some ideas on measurements for fitting a rad in the front.

EDIT: I've just sketched up an idea for mounting a 120 rad and a BlackIce Stealth 140 rad in the CM690 as this is the biggest of the 3, does this look about right as far as spacing, I also plan on removing the HDD cage
