Spec me a coffee maker

Me and the Mrs are after a coffee maker to make us some nice Starbucks style coffee (well as near as )

Can anyone recommend one? We want it to make a selection of different coffee's like cappuccino, Latte etc.

We really have no idea about these things so any advise would be greatfully received.

Cheapest is the Gaggia Evolution to be able to make something half decent. If you could stretch a bit more get the Gaggia Classic.

Budget would be under £200 really, I will look at the Gaggia ones...

Aye, Gaggia is your better bet at that budget. The Evolution is quite a bit below your budget but equally the Classic will be a bit over.

you could spend a bit more and get a automatic machine, i had an evolution and it was a pain getting the coffee ground then feeding the machine, i have a synrony logic at the mo at it does it all for you, you could look at gaggias home page as i belive they sell recon machines

I'd get it from a regualar site for £225 ish with free p&p than from an auction site.

Link not working for me matey but from when I specced myself a coffee machine, if your shopping around the £200 mark it's a Gaggia Classic all the way.

edit: working now, but I'd still get the classic.
