Spec me a comp £600

My little cousen has turned to elder in his hour of need. He has grown up & over the years he has seen me spend all my spare cash on my comp. He is now willing to take on the family tradition. He has a budget of £600, thats an entire decent gaming pc, no monitor! Dual or Quad not bothered. I have tried to do it but I get excited and go over the budget. Can anyone recomment me a comp please?

Wasnt sure if u needed an OS or not but:

Comes to £8 over budget, guess you could remove one pair of ram and swap the 4870 to a 4850 if you need to free up cash for an OS.

That psu isnt modular if that is something that bothers you.
You will also need a couple of intake fans for that case as it only comes with 2 exhausts.

he cant put the exhaust 120mm as an intake, and leave the 140mm as an enhaust

second that. Maybe I would swap PSU for modular and that's it.
