spec me a couple of drives for a boot drive (raid0)

sure this has been asked before.

currently got a spinpoint 320gb F1 drive for a boot drive
i want to go raid, now i would order another one of these but they are currently out of stock.

so what is the best pair of drives for raid 0 boot drive.
only need about 350 - 400gb boot drive and as cheap as poss
