Hi there,

I'm current running an Abit NF7-S 2.0 mobo and will be in need of a new CPU cooler for an Athlon 2500-M CPU seeing as my CoolerMaster Aero 7 has died :o

I want something which is quiet but with good cooling as I will be overclocking the CPU. Budget of around £25-30.

Cheers
Ade

I think it is a mistake. On other websites it says it does support socket 462.

I didn't realise the Titan Vanessas worked with Socket A either. Why is the 120mm version cheaper than the 90mm version?

World's gone mad? It's Christmas? Who cares, it's good news :)

adsmithy - the vanessa is better at cooling, not sure about noise. Go for it if you have the cash.

Those coolers look beef cake. I'm a little worried however about the fitment as room is limited - please see pics.

There isn't much room between the CPU and PSU. What do you think?

Cheers

Oh **** you've got one of those that positions the cpu socket in the most awkward place ever. That's gonna be a bit tough :\

Just bumping this for suggestions on a compact air cooler that will fit (see pic).

I want to keep this case because eventually I will pass the system down to my dad when I upgrade which might be soon so don't really want to buy 2 new cases).

Cheers

I allways used this with my barton and it did the trick no problems, i got it well above 3200 if i remember correctly.

Just double checking are you sure that will fit being a 92mm fan?
Heres the pic again, don't have much room at all :(
