Hey all, I've been told I need to get some better lumbar support when I sit down by the doctor's, because I'm cheap and can't afford a new chair, I was thinking about getting a nice comfy cushion to support my lower back and help my posture but I have no idea where to start looking...

Any help greatly appreciated :)

Didn't your doctor tell you what kind of support to look for?!

You should probably get one of those posture orientated chairs that you sit on with your knees and ass but consult your doctor to be sure!

That's what he said, but I haven't got the funds to buy one, hence the thread being about cushions and not chairs...

I have always resorted to a rolled up towel for lumbar support as they are cheap and easy to wash.

Thanks to the both of you :) I'll try the towel thing at first and if that doesn't work I'll get a cushion from there, Don't suppose you have any recommendations Foxxy?
