Spec me a DAB plugin card

Can anyone recommend me such a thing? No real knowledge of the market. Justr want a card so I can recieved DAB radio through my PC.

Not sure how that would work.

More specifically, I would like a radio pluggin so that when the internet is not available if I am not at home, then I would like the benefit of still being able to recieve DAB radio on my PC. A lot of products seem to be discontinued.
