I know this sounds silly but after moving away from cheep aftershave to the stuff from old bond gate after the recomendations from scuzi i have the lime one and the st james's collection.
I was thinking is there any nicer deoderant not the normal linx crap that makes you smell like a teenage boy.

Step 1) Go to somewhere that has a toiletries department, like boots.

Step 2) Sniff around. Use the testers. Find something you like.

Step 3) Take a bottle (not the tester) of your favourite scent to the counter and buy it.

Step 4) Rejoice in the knowledge that you've made your own mind up about something. Maybe treat yourself to a nice pasty or or other savoury snack product, as all that deciding will build up an appetite.

PK!

Since everyone appears to be so spectacularly helpful this morning I'm going to go against the grain and suggest Sure Sport as having quite a good range if you are active and don't want something too strong.

To avoid the unfortunate mixing of smells, stick to a non fragranced deodorant to allow the aftershave to shine. Clinique's one is pretty good but others are available.

Try out the Hackett range which Boots stock. My personal daily grind stuff is Hackett Event, the one with the green label.

I personally wouldnt use any deoderant if your wanting it to last the whole day etc. Anti-perspirent (spelling?), and some aftershave is a much better combination imo.

I think the name is wrong, Deodorant?, suggests it deodorises and i think some people take it literally applying it over the top of already stinky places. It should be renamed antiodorant, please use after washing to prevent stink and add a pleasant smell to your now clean person :p.

I use either the dark green/blue Mitchum or blue Right Guard. Blue flavour deodorant smells best
