Spec me a disk defragger.

I was using defraggler but I've tried Auslogic for its ability to move system files to the beginning of the disk and it has actually made a noticeable improvement to start-up.
 
Ok, I know that, but I meant more of ... As far as the end user is concerned, or as far as reliability goes, they are the same.

I was more thinking what billysielu said about it wrecking his system... While this is very unlikely, its not impossible.

Yeah I'm not making it up for lolz.. I ran the defrag and then the system was dead - I presume it moved something it shouldn't have, or only partially moved.

They're also very clearly not the same. Windows defrag only creates contiguous files - MyDefrag/JkDefrag can do extra things - like move the files to the outside of the platter for performance gain.
