Spec me a fan controller please

Hi,

I've recently installed a corsair H80, and the fans on the radiator and connected directly to the motherboard, because the fan control on the H80 isn't working. Anyway, with the fans connected to the motherboard, they go at full speed, which is really loud, when the CPU is only around 40c. I have tried the lowest setting in the BIOS for my mobo but it doesn't help. Also to add that my case has 2 system fans which are the stock antec ones.

Can anyone reccomend the best fan controller for me?

Antec P182 Midi Tower
i5 4670k /w Corsair Hydro H80 Liquid Cooler
Gigabyte Z87-D3HP

I use a Bitfenix Recon. It's been solid so far once I learned how to use it (I really should read instructions as it's not complicated at all ) It's touch screen and has been reviewed really well at various sites. I think there is a review by TTL on OC3D website.

Thanks. But infact since creating this thread I've discovered a great utility for my motherboard which controlls the fan perfectly (the same as Afterburner can for GPU's), it's called EasyTune, if you were interested.

I don't think I need a fan controller for now but thanks anyway.
