Spec me a fan controller

Iv been having a look around and am just confused and when i finally think yea, i read a review and in trashes it

I want no frills or fancy temp probes, just good aesthetics, solid build, 20-30w per channel capability, will be running san ace's off this and a couple ultra kaze 3000's and a decent adjustabilty that will go right down to 0v and wont make the fans make any horrible noises at lower voltages. channels...minimun of 4...

Whats out there?

sunbeam rheobus extreme may be worth a look

6 channels and i think 30W each (i run my 120mm ehe deltas off one)

this is what i have. No frills just does its job.

Put as many and you want on it. 45w per channel

Is it not a problem with the fan clicking not the controllers fault.

I've read that a lot of 38mm fans do it.
