Spec me a gaming headset

Cloud II come with a detachable USB module. Cloud I have just analogue 3.5mm connections.

Not sure about the microphone though. I've seen someone comment that the microphone on the Cloud II is not really loud enough. Because it's USB, you can't boost it like you can when connecting a microphone to onbord audio or a sound card. That's the only downside on an otherwise very good headset.

you have tried the roccat kave then ? had one for years it's not garbage

Sorry when I mean garbage I mean outside gaming , im sure it works ok in games but I don't judge headphones on gaming , music is what I mean, having 3 small drivers per cup doesn't lend it's self well to music.

The sennheiser pc 350se (closed back) are on offer now on rainforest site. Iirc these are based on audio headphones
Or the sennheiser gsp 300 are getting good reviews

(these are just my opinion, I don't claim to know as much as above posters)

PS. I think these (pc350se) are the same as the G4me versions, just a different design

Yeah, they replaced the original 350 which were based on the HD5x5 headphones.

They've been a lot more than they currently are (£150 at one point). For £80, I'd get those. Far better microphone than the Cloud's. Cloud's are still very good, but the microphone lets them down a tad.
