OK - I got myself an iMac recently. I got the Magic Trackpad and the Magic Mouse.

I actually really like the Magic Mouse for regular use but for gaming it is a non runner. You can't left and right click at the same time which is an issue. Also the "scroll wheel" is a non runner in FPS games. I was playing TF2 and it was a nightmare changing weapons.

Any suggestions on a good wireless mouse for use with this?

Grab any mouse you like, if it has mouse drivers, great, if not, get Steermouae :) You could even forget using Steermouse and use a few Terminal tweaks to turn off mouse acceleration, and use the built-in DPI switching feature on whatever mouse you buy, but Steermouse brings full guaranteed compatiblity along with easy management. Bit steep though.

Logitech G5 and Magic Trackpad user here with my iMac.

I had a DeathAdder on my MBP, which is awesome as Razer released OSX drivers for it. At the moment I'm using an MX500 which performs admirably, little old maybe but does the trick nicely.

What about a Razer Orochi mouse? It will connect with the built in Bluetooth hardware on your Mac. No stupid dongles required.

Using Logitech Performance MX with my mac and works a treat, even has full software for OSX and Currys were selling these for £44.99 recently.
