Not Star Trek, Farscape, Heroes, Dr Who, Torchwood or Stargate as I have all of them so far not Firefly, Babylon 5 or BSG as I hate them with a passion!

Could someone please help I've run out of good sci-fi to watch!:(

Firefly and the new BSG are probably my 2 fav sci-fi shows, so I don't think I can help.

What about more fantasy stuff?

The Dresden Files
Supernatural

BSG and Bab5 are really good. Should give them more of a chance.

Have you tried Terminator: Sarah Connor Cronicles? Very good show.

Space 1999 :p

Seriously though I think you've mentioned most of the main recent/current ones, maybe something like Daybreak? (which I think is relatively new and showing over here).
If you can find the DVD's maybe the Dune and Children of Dune mini series?

Sci-fi (especially good sci-fi) tends to be expensive to do, so a lot of TV networks simply don't do it :(

Space 1999 Loved it! :D

Will have a look at daybreak

Loved the film Dune however didn't really get into the series afterwards too longwinded tbh

Threshold is great although it only lasted one series. An older series around the time of X-files was Dark skies, had the potential to blow Files out the water but they dumped it after one series, idiot networks:rolleyes:

Will see If I can find

Thanks muchly everyone but I'm still left wanting I be ultimate sci-fi freak :o

Not all strictly SciFi but dont rule things out over genres.

BSG - Really, give it another chance, its one of my fav all time shows. Such a good DRAMA
Supernatural - Great, can be interesting, incredibly funny, action packed etc.
Dark Angel - angels died when they stopped making this, a sci-fi drama series about super soldiers and strange conspiracys set in a USA set in the future that has been EMP'd to hell and turned into 3rd world
Blade - obviously its everyones favourite vampire hunter, wierd without snipes but stickyfingers plays him well, also a shame this didnt continue.
Tru Calling - shame this was stopped too, may not be worth watching cos it never got a chanec to pick up.
Jericho - cant recomment this enough, every major american city bar 1 is hit with nukes.. but who by?! places unaffected then begin the fight for survival cut off from the rest of the world, its sheer brilliant.

As a proper science fiction fan of thirty years plus, I'm still waiting for one. Red Dwarf is probably closest. Not just for the humour, but actually as SF. The original ST had moments (but not enough), the followers have been getting slowly worse. Oh for some TV SF for people older than twenty....

I know you wanted a good Sci-Fi series but does any remember "Space: Above and Beyond"? It was a bit pap but it kept me entertained when it was aired on BBC 2 in the late '90s. Missed the last episode and it has never been shown since.

Roswell, if only for the eye candy ;)

You have a point there I completely forgot about this saw a few of the first episodes and got quite into it but then got a part time job and missed the rest will have to go back to this.

Meridian ~ Seen every Red dwarf about 6 times over and still love it! cept for series VII and VIII

Peetee ~ Will have a look at some of those and I have seen blade and do agree with you!

Castor ~ Blakes Seven It just makes me want to :D
