Hello, currently on a 2tb baracuda green and i'm hating how slow it is

i want a primary hd for windows and holding all my games so 2tb would be cool. I'll use my old hd for films and music

If you wand speed then go for an SSD the difference is amazing I use an SSD for my OS and my current games everything else goes on my 3.5" HD's :-)

I have a Crucial M4 256 GB SSD

realisticly what size ssd will i need for battlefield + all dlc and m.w.o

will this really give a good speed boost? all my specs are below. budget is £200 but i was thinking about a b-grade gpu for xfire

I have 133 GB free on my SSD atm and I have OS Windows 8.1, office, BF3, EVE, Crysis 3, sim city 5 plus a bit of other crap .....

If you are concerned about space you could go for a 512 GB

Not the fastest SSD but still fast and on offer atm.

if that is to big then my money would go on the MX100

again not the fastest SSD but fast enough for me.

As for speed boost your OS will be much faster from boot and games that can benefit from the SSD will see a speed increase in load times etc but not everything does so those things go on one of my HDD's.

ya IMO grab a mx100 512 ssd - I just bought 2 :) -
Samsung evos are getting great reviews also.

if you go for something smaller then 512 then get the Samsung since the 256 doesn't perform as well as the 512.
