Out the box, the first one as it has more padding in it's naked form, the second one however comes with adjustable lumbar and neck support in the form of plush cushions

Debatable, all depends what finish you are looking for, I'm borderline bariatric (if 15st is bariatric) and I have the AMG epic chair, it's amazing, not sure I'd appreciate the cloth covering.

But its all up to you
