I'm looking to get a hex editor and follow this tutorial to unlock the DLC cars in burnout paradise because, as the tutorial says, there is no other way for anyone outside of the USA to obtain them.
I've never done any hex editing before and a quick google brings up loads of different options with various benefits and drawbacks, so if someone could recommend a hex editor that is really easy to use that would be great. If the notepad++ hex editor plugin is easy to use and install then that would also be an option
