i loved the original saw. Such a well thought out plot!

Thought the remake of texis chainsaw massicre was scary although did watch it on the big screen in the cinema at the late showing

Another vote for the Decent, really jumpy film. Or as said Saw series but the first is by far the best, or if not stuff like "The Grudge" should do the trick, pretty horrible. Or im sure we will have along some resident horror junkies with some shocking japanese slaughter fest like ichi the killer to recommend which is imo just gory and not scary like The Grudge

Ichi the Killer isn't really a horror though. Bit gory, but I wouldn't call it a horror. I also really didn't rate The Grudge. Infact me and a few friend saw it at the cinema and kept laughing at parts due to its cheesyness. Ring0 is pretty decent though.

Not 'horror' exactly, but Event Horizon, one of the creepiest films I ever did see.
I can't remember that film.

But one night whilst.. under the influencce and very very sleep deprived we watched loads of horrors/weird stuff. That was one of them. I'm fairly certain a part of me died that day.

Event Horizon is a good film, Cannibal Holocaust is good as well.
