Hi all,

For ages now I have been using a cheap and cheerful £5 keyboard and its not been bad :p Just now the keys are getting clunky and horrible to press. So really I’m just looking for a nice simple keyboard. I play a lot of First Person Shooters and the odd games like C&C and do a bit of typing.

Ive been looking at the Saitek one, the older one;

but also been hearing good things about the Microsoft Ergo 4000. Not to convinced never having used and ergo keyboard :confused: I’m willing to spend about £30 but willing to change ;)

Thanks guys

I've not used the Saitek but the Microsoft Ergo is a very nice keyboard, however it is something that you have to get used to a bit - I find that if you don't press the space bar near the centre on ergo keyboards then it sometimes doesn't depress properly. If you could try them first then that would be the best option. :)

I used to have the Microsoft Comfort Curve KB and mouse (wireless) but it was rubbish for gaming as the thing would lock itself if you pressed 3 keys or more at once.

Got the Saitek and never looked back.:D

Logitech UltraX.

its the only keyboard i'll ever use.

AndyOcUK, your sig is too large, max size is 400x75

I used one of those Ergo's at work and i thought they were so bad couldn't get used to it at all yet again in total i used it for about a hour tops.

I would go for the Saitek out of those choices my friend has that keyboard seems solid.
