All depends on your definition of a "good" one :) What screen size you looking for example? More info needed, methinks!

To me, an ideal laptop is a 14" widescreen, C2D processor, 2GB ram, 100GB HDD. (Funny enough, that's what I have - Dell Inspiron 640M). Laptops are supposed to be just that - a LAPtop! Others have different opinions though...

I picked my Dell for the price, features, and size. It hasn't let me down!

The Rizeon fl90 is a lovely looking spec and unlike dell they wont charge you 111 quid for an extra gig of ram. You get a 512mb 8600m gt, biometric scanner and 1440 x 900 etc. I`ve spent a good couple of weeks researching various lappy`s and it came down to the Asus g1s, Dell 1520 or the Rizeon fl90 or fl90 e.

The asus can be had for at least a hundred less than it is on here, the dell`s just rip you off on hd and ram upgrades. Rock are pretty good but a lil pricey too i guess so for me its likely to be the Rizeon :)
