Spec me a large back pack & waterproofs

If you pack it well enough you should be able to get it all in, depends how much other gear you intend to take jeans and jumpers were consuming most of the space. The problem I had was the bag kept sliding forward, if I had some more straps I probably could have sorted it a bit better. That said when I had my 125 my old man strapped my PC, 27" monitor (in its box) and travel bag to the back of his Daytona, was quite the stack of gear but it worked well enough :p. Can always strap a smaller bag to the top of your 60L if you need that bit more space as you can't really use a rucksack with that on your pillion seat
 
I've got a Kriega R35 backpack - it's supremely comfortable. Got it on a forum group buy, didn't realise how expensive they are now.

There's one on Ebay for under 100 quid, if you're planning on a fair bit of touring etc I couldn't recommend it enough. It doesn't pull, once it's on it's just - there.
