Spec me a low wattage efficient psu

Guys,

I want to build a llano system after reading a thread on here where a guys system only draws 19w from the wall at idle. My concern with his system is that the itx psu only supplys a very very small amount of amps on the 12v line. While this might not be a problem with llano - I want to make sure it has enough amps to feed a freesat card.

Can anyone suggest me a 150/200w psu which has decent efficiency and a reasonable amount of amps on the 12v rail for a llano based htpc?

Do you need an itx psu then? Or just a standard one?

I don't mind which one, I'm thinking of building the pc into an old hifi seperate, and its OLD so can fit either

I doubt it would make a difference but it does have an 80mm fan, not 120mm, so that may be slightly louder if running faster. Though I doubt your system will tax it tbh!
