Spec me a macro recorder

Yes, I've Googled and ended up with 1001 candidates. Don't have time to work my way through them, so I'm hoping for some good recommendations here.

What I'm looking for:
- Compatible with Win 7 64 bit
- No scripts! The stuff I'm doing is simple but repetitive photo adjustments in Lightroom and other software, and I don't want to have to learn a scripting language.
- Need to be able to tie macros to hotkeys
- Free would be nice but I don't mind paying for something if it does the job without hassle.

Any suggestions?

Well for anyone who's got similar needs, I tried a few and ended up sticking with the oddly named PTFB Pro (http://www.ptfbpro.com). It's not as flexible as the ones that use scripts but within half an hour of installing it I had it chomping through 120 pictures in LR applying Topaz Denoise, while I took the dogs for a walk. A lot better than being sat on my bum watching the progress bar over and over again.
