Hey guys,

Currently using a 42" HD Ready TV as a monitor so I need a monitor to replace it.

Primarily using it for gaming with watching some TV/videos on too.

PC Specs are:

CPU: i7 3820 @3.6GHz
Memory: 16GB
GFX card: 1060 6GB.

Budget is max £200 unfortunately.
I did want to go 27" but 1080p at that size doesn't look too good judging by the reviews I've seen. So either go 1440p at 27" or go down to 24" and stick with 1080p.

If you need any more info, then I'll do my best.

Thanks guys.

Yeah that's the problem but it's all I can afford and I don't think I can continue using this TV for much longer, it's cutting off parts of the screen.

The only reason I mentioned 1440p was because I ideally wanted 27" but if I can get a better monitor for the money at 24" then I'll go for that instead.

I did look at that MSI one and it does look good for the money.

Yes 1440p would be nice, but it's just not achievable on that budget. Same goes for G-Sync. So you can either save up some more or go for that MSI. For the money, I don't know that you can do much better.
