Spec me a monitor...with quite a bit of tilt.

Ok so basically i have my desk like this

the thing on an angle is my laptop cooler/stand..... and i want to have my netbook like were it is and then have a monitor on the top part of the stand (see pic) but i will need it to tilt so i can move it up so i can see the monitor...now have all monitors got tilt? or do specific brands etc do them?

Think I'm seeing double, sure I just replied to this in the General section but anyhoo..

If budget is not a problem than a Dell U2410.

Very expensive but a smashing monitor.

Before buying a Dell U2410 it might be useful to have a read of the 29 page thread in this forum covering the pros and cons of this monitor.

Yeh nick...i posted it here then in general because i didnt get any replies...thanks guys but i have no found one.
