spec me a multi screen setup

Hi I am looking to run 5 monitors off one box, what would be the best way to do this, 3 gfx cards

They are nothing doing anything special really so the cards don't need to be that hungry, just wanted a stable solution, anybody got experience on this, maybe including the motherboard in the spec, would probably go for a i7 in the build.

Help wouldn't be much appreciated, don't have a budget but don't go wild.

Would the Eyefinity 6 Edition 5870's be a good solution, huge overkill but simple.

If you can afford it, bearing in mind the displayport monitors are usually a bit more expensive than other, an Eyefinity 6 5870 would be the most elegant solution

Could you fine people please check my spec,
note the dvi connectors are there because I am waiting on OCuK to tell me how many are included.
