Spec me a new build better than this!

Hey guys im looking to build a better and faster gaming rig will be used purely for gaming a tiny bit of browsing and youtubing, This is my current build that i will be giving to my missus as hers is getting abit old now! So can you give me a better spec that isnt over the top like a titan x or something lol just want something that gets 40+ fps in arma 3, also would love to keep my current coolermaster 912 case as im going to kit it out with as many white led fans as i can!

Heres my spec..

AMD Bulldozer fx 8320 3.50ghz
Asus M5a99x evo r2.0
Kingston hyperx genesis 2x 4gb
Corsair GS600 powersupply
coolermaster hyper 412s cpu cooler
HIS HD 7950 gpu

Tell me about is, arma has always been a pain in the ass! im currently running 20fps average with my current spec!

There is no budget as im just going to be buying when ive saved enough for each part!

i was thinking of getting this bundle to start with and then a 980 maybe!

i dont need to change case either so that cuts it down a lot!

Yea when they stick a 10 year warranty on something you know they are good, but saying that every company messes up at some point even the higher end companys!

yea im gonna keep the ram for sure, but i dont know if my gf psu is enough for the current setup yet! will need a new cooler though for sure as the whole motherboard,gpu,cpu and cooler will me moved to her case!

few things i changed but mostly still ur spec

had to keep the corsair case and the spectre pros but everything else is exactly what u said!
