Spec me a new ISP please!

ADSL (not unbundled) is my only option. I'm currently using Nildram Broadband2 and paying £25.99/month for an 8Mbps service.

My requirements are:
1. No traffic management (excluding a usage cap)
2. Good pings in games
3. Less than £20/month
4. A 1 month contract
5. The ability to monitor data usage from a web interface

Maybe one of the Enta resellers?

I'd say quite low dude. I could probably get away with a 20GB cap.
