I have a budget of £1300-£1500 for a new pc. It will be mainly for games, only criteria I have is I would like a 250 SSD and I am not bothered how flash the case look as at the end of the day it is stuck under the desk. I do like the look of the Shinobi case my wife has as it has 4 usb ports on the top of the case.

Thx.

I noticed you said you didnt need a monitor afterwards you can just remove it and spend it elsewhere. The 850w would allow for crossfire at a later date.

Without monitor and ssd upgrade and ofc the one thing i always forget as i dont use them dvd drive lol

For CAD and video rendering no for gaming 8gb is more than enough

That is complete rubbish.

I did some rendering on my PC (and CAD work too) and one render i was doing used ALL my 8GB of RAM and slowed a job which would take 5 hours down to 17 hours.. (i did it on a PC at uni too which had 16GB of RAM)

You need 16GB of RAM for CAD and rendering.

This is what id do:
