Right, my little brother is getting into gaming now and is getting annoyed at how slow my parents pc is running. He has therefore set me the task of building him a pc, just i dont have a clue where to start when working on a budget, as i dont really set budgets for pc's i just buy what i want ^^
So yeah anyways. He wants to spend about £400 max on a base unit. He will mainly be playing Call Of Duty 4 and BF2142, any other games he plays require much lower specs. Any ideas would be helpful!!
