Right so as part of sorting my life out its about time I actually started taking my medication more routinely I often go away weekends an forget to take tablets with me or just forget to take them.

Tried the cheap ones from the shops and they are cap they don't stay closed in a back pack and break quickly like.

The round ones look more study but I'd like a good solid, ideal waterproof one that can go in my bike jacket pocket so might get cold wet shook up etc.

Any ideas folks?

Keep your eye open in the sweet shops / super markets.
At this time of year you can pick up Hershey's or Reece treats in small tin cans.
They make perfect pill holders, and are also useful for a plethora of camping/hiking/biking tasks.

If you are around kids, just tape a big skull and cross bones on it, and keep it out of there reach.

Mine works great -

I've used the little cheap straight 7 day ones but they always break I was hoping for something I could stick 7 separate days in but it can fit in a jacket pocket and survive getting a little damp on the bike.

I've seen some round plastic ones that look sturdy but was hoping for something that definitely wasn't going to cracking or have locking tabs snap

Th I was hoping someone had just made a nice aluminium one or something that would be good and solid and survive getting squeezed etc

I just keep all my meds in a tupperware box. They wouldn't fit in individual compartments unless I went with something Raymond was talking about.

I only take 6 pills a day but one is quite big. I just really want something that can live in my jacket an cover me for when I'm away etc the current mass of half opened blister packs isn't ideal lol

High BP.

Have you found different makes of Amlodipine give worse swollen ankles than others

Never had a problem with BP pills but when I was on Simvastatin I suffered for 2 years thinking my arthritis was getting worse and it was the pills.

I also have this popping up twice a day on my Task Scheduler at 7:40am and 11pm to remind me because I keep forgetting -
