What film is this from? He has this plant and it stays with him throughout the movie.

Hot Fuzz :)

Also, in Leon, but that's not a Peace Lily specifically. Just a plant of unkown origin.

Venus fly trap for sure, just keep feeding it flies so co-workers dont put their fingers in 'for a laugh'.

I had one ages ago, put my finger in, it died. End of story.

I'd go for one of these bad boys: Bonsai

You can prune it and keep it look'n good :)

Check out the info at wiki here

I'd recommend against a venus flytrap, especially with summer coming.

You can feed them dead flies you find and they'll be fine eating them, but you it's strongly recommended that you don't water them with anything but rainwater (tapwater definitely kills them outright.)

An office would kill them, trust me.

^ Yeah bonsai for the win. :)

I've had Bonsai plants before and after about 12 months they always die.. no idea what I do wrong with them.

:(

Why? :)

I'd be making it try eat my finger every hour if I had one!

How much do these bad boys cost?

It can kill the heads. I found out the hard way :D

You can get them in B&Q for around £2.50, look around though, go for the one with a lot of red on the head.

Where can you get a Bonsai from, and how much would I be looking at?

I know you can buy them, but the whole idea is to make one to your own form of art.

AFAIK theres 3 types, bonsai where you enjoy just the shape of branch, one where you enjoy the 'prettyness' of the fruits, and one where you enjoy the leaf.

recently i found a section dedicated to bonsai at my local garden center, they were around 10 -30 pounds as far as i can remember.

If your interested in making one, buy a book:) i my self have a couple going :p
