I'm looking for something sub £100. I'd love something more expensive be can't justify the cost at the moment.

Basically want something smart, metal strap, not too busy to wear out.

Any ideas :)

Vostok Europe is worth looking at for the price range. I have a K-3 Submariner and it's great. May just crawl over your budget by around £20 though.

Maybe not ultra smart, but a pretty nice, cheap dive type watch..

These are the kind I'm after :) Will take a closer look.

Fake rolex

I'd prefer a cheap original than a cheap fake.

Does it have an inbuilt light for night use?

get a nice looking dress watch. most of the decent fashion names have half about watches these days.

Get yourself a 2 quid digital off the market. I swear to god they keep better time than any of your Patek Phillipe rubbish. :D

I've got a Seiko 5 watch with Military Blue Strap, you can get one with metal strap - but I personally prefer the more casual look. Anyway, they can be had for around 30 to 40quid. Fully automatic, great price, great built quality. I've got one for over a 14months so far and still loving it.

Not too expensive that you've got to baby it either.

Only downside about kinetic Automatic watches are, if you stop using it, the spring will unload and stop ticking after awhile. In the case of the Seiko 5, it's about 48 to 60 hours. I put mine on pretty much everyday so no issue there.

Just bought one for £70 :) Had to get the orange, although the black is nice too..
Good stuff. I've been tempted for a while, but can't justify another watch quite yet. Incidentally (if it's not a competitor), would you be happy to share where you got yours from? That price sounds pretty good...

And I've just noticed the OP's name - they have no excuse for going for any other watch. :)

Got it off a popular auction site, through a best offer. Also got a £10 delivery voucher from them via email, so couldnt resist...

Will post pics when it arrives, got a few more watches I'm interested in buying at the moment also!

I got a sieko (Sp?) nice watch, doesn't quite fit right tho so don't wear it too much. Nice watch though and seems well built.
