The system it needs to run is:

A64 4000+ skt939 overclocked to 2.9ghz
DFI Nf3 UT motherboard
2gb OCZ PC4000 EB ram
250gb sata HDD
Nvidia 7950GT AGP GFX Card
Soundblaster Audigy2 soundcard
DVDR Sata drive
DVD Rom
Floppy drive
5 x 80mm case fans

Cheap as possible please, with a little room for changes.

I reckon a 400W will do that easy so there are quite a few decent ones around the £35-45 mark.

If you google there are quite a few calculators around.

Like this one on the Antec site - I just plugged your spec into it and it comes up with 253W - so as I said a 400W will be plenty.

You need to think whether this is end of this PSU or whether later on you will be upgrading and hope to keep the PSU. If so you would want to consider a 500W as a minimum for a modern PC.
