Spec me a reliable external Hard drive

I recently bought a Samsung Story Station 2T and within 3-4 weeks it has failed on me.

Any suggestions on a good reliable 2T drive?

Any make of drive could fail and you've probably just been unlucky, samsung drives are usually quite reliable.

Myself, and 2 of my friends (one who'm recommended it) have this external drive. I've had it well over 8 months now and it's still going on strong. Good quality. Unfortunately it's only 1.5TB.

I had actually been looking at that seagate one before i bought the samsung one.

Will look about and see what other peoples opinions are. Thanks

Lacie drives

Used by DJ Sasha on his American tour so they must be good. I have one 3 years old and it's still going
