Spec me a rig please.

Ok, so i have upped my budget a bit. I have made a deal with a friend, we are swapping out motherboards, he has a z68 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-364-GI&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=1990 Also, don't need a HDD, i have a spare one.

1. Motherboard : Getting this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-206-MS for the friend.

2. Cpu: i5 2500k Oem, Cooler : http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...01-GD&tool=3&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=1395

Will this fit in the following...

3. Case: Lian Li PC-A05FNB http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-266-LL

4. Ram: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-307-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1517 Any of the 8gb 1600mhz rams are fine i assume?

5. Gfx card: I have been pondering over this for a while, and i have a gtx460 atm, which is fine, but gets a bit laggy in BF at 1080p, so i would like a 560ti. Which one is the recomended one? The Gainward GeForce GTX 560Ti "Phantom" Looks very cool...

6. Psu: What sort of wattage do i need for that system? Is the OCZ ZS Series 550W '80 Plus Bronze' Fine? Or 600W Corsair Builder Series 600CX V2 80PLUS ?
