Spec me a smartphone

Hi guys.

After a new smartphone.

-Needs to be able to run android, not an ancient version

-Small - this is crucial

-Ideally robust

-USB C connector (I guess most do now)

-Cheaper the better

Any suggestions? As you can see other than the above I don't care, doesn't need to have good battery life/wireless charging a good camera (even any camera) doesn't need good specs.
