I've been gardening for the past few weeks and plants lawn seeds aswell as some flowers which I've grown from seedlings.

I need to make sure my lawn (10 feet squared) and the flower beds going around the lawn are kept well watered and so thinking of getting an automatic sprinkler system.

It'll switch on for about 5-10mins at 8:30am, 3:00pm and 7:00pm

I'm trying to find an all in one kit that included the hose, timer and sprinkler but can't find one anywhere

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Did you check out the Hozelock guide on the link I posted? You can just change the pot "droppers" to a mini sprinkler of varying sorts. There is a table that shows coverage distance but its going to depend on the size of your lawn as to whether or not they're suitable.

Im not sure if they do sprinkler kits to be fair but it would be easy enough to price it all together individually if you werent going to use some of the stuff in the kit.

I just drilled a load of holes in a hose. Much cheaper version.

B&q where doing a set of 4 for about £70 last weekend. I'll try and dig up a link.

When the hosepipe ban comes you can't use it, so I wouldn't bother

Can't remember the last time we had a hose pipe ban

Thanks for the links, that sprinkler covers 180m2! Mt lawn is only about 5m2 so I'm going to get the Hozelock Vortex 8 Dial Sprinkler 2515

Sorry for the thread necro... but has anyone use those Claber Colibri pop up kits? We're putting down a brand new lawn soon so it seems like a great time to do it, assuming they're any good...?
