spec me a SSD

Im considering buying a solid state drive for my pc, im looking at getting a 100GB one, but i have no idea which one to get

my specs are
i7 860
lian li pc-q07
8GB xms3 RAM (2x4GB)
dfi MI-p55-T36 (mini ITX)
corsair HX450
5750 (1GB)
samsung F3 1 TB spinpoint

i have removed the hdd mounting sustem on my case adn my HDD currently sits in my 5.25" bay.

i require the drive to be 2.25" (laptop size)
and have a budget of about £250

i have also considered the hybrid drives (500gb)

Vertex2e 120gb are going cheap atm, well under budget too. More than enough storage for windows, applications and your favourite games.
