Spec me a sub £30 gfx for my shuttle

ATI are probably the best for the low end components especially in regard to low power/heat units at the moment. a hd2400pro would be rather atractive. no real gaming performance to speek of but nothing under £30 really has that anyway.

there was a **** load of good cards on ocuk's clearance and B grade stock but for some reason i just cant see it linked on the site anymore.. maybe i'm going blind. there was a 6800gt 256mb AGP i was thinking of getting too for around £41.. for my sn45g-v3. the hell is that link....

who out of nvidia and ati generally make the better spec cheaps card?

ATI do the best dx9 card the 1950xtx which seems to be hard to find now though. Its a great budget card.

Also ATI do the 2400 and 2600 which i think is better then the nvida equivilants so ati have the bottem end of the market covered really. The 3850 is also a good card for the price.

O and i suggest you remove your request as i got suspended for that before.

if you got a shuttle case then heat may be a issue for you and power consumption.
currently the nvidia solutions offer the lowest heat output and power consumption which is why they would be more than idea for your setup.
8400gs is the one to go for, if you need a little gaming performance then 8600gt is what you need. 8600gt is well worth it you will be surprised at how well it runs games.
