Here's another shot at it. Intel i3 used this time and similarly priced. Really struggling to keep to £400 though, £500 seems ok. Sorry.

Actually as you haven't specified what OS you are going to use, what are you going to use? Win8 preview? A 64 bit or 32 bit architecture operating system?
If 32 bit i've overdone the RAM as you can only have a max of 4gb (4gb is the max the system can read anyway).
