Spec me a TV Show (please)

I'll throw Babylon 5 into the sci-fi suggestion mix.
Also True blood and supernatural are decent shows.
Then Prison break (1st and maybe 2nd series, the rest are a bit crap but the first is class), Lost, 24, think someone else said West Wing and I'd definitely agree with that recommendation.
