Time to resurrect this thread
Just had berber carpet fitted and looking for a new hoover, been told I can't use my Dyson V11 as it will cause damage with the brush head.
I've been looking at miele ones and they seem to get good reviews but just wondered if anything else has come out since the last post here back in 2019.
