My TP-Link router is becoming more and more unreliable (it's several years old) necessitating reboots and even a hard reset on occasion. I've just setup Pihole on my Unraid server and from what I gather the only way to run Pihole and NordVPN is by running NordVPN on the router itself (I currently use the windows app). My home network isn't anything crazy, a few wired devices and the usual mix of wireless devices. My internet is Virgin 350mb FWIW.

Ideally i'd like to spend no more than £100 if that's possible.

Thanks

As usual, Chris knows what he's talking about. That said, Nord does allow you to enter custom DNS into the settings, so you'd just need to plug in the IP of your PiHole instance on the LAN. Be aware though, that as soon as you do that you lose all the extra streaming features (such as access to Netflix/iPlayer/whatever) that you'd otherwise get through Nord, as they use DNS to achieve this. If that's important to you, as annoying as it is you're better off using their built in adblocking DNS. They call it something stupid, cyberprotect or threat protection or similar - they keep changing it.
