core I5 2500K, 32GB DDR3, corsair 850w Psu, Asus p8p67 pro b3, 2TB HDD, gtx 570,
it will either be going in a corsair 800d or a coolermaster haf x or there is a slight poss of aalienware case?

Budget? There's no point cooling your VRMs, the standard Asus heatsink should suffice. Spend the money on a GPU full cover block, which will be of more use.

im probably looking at 2/300 i was thinking about a ek hf cpu block and a full cover block for the 570 dunno about the pump rad or res or i was looking at a reserator
