Spec Me a wireless Router.

Hi.

I'm with VM and using a WRT32X.
But since that has not monitoring\blocking options. I need a new router.

What I need the router to do is monitor things like my wireless cameras.
Reason being is that I know Ring doorbell and Wyze\Neos camera are sending data to china through teh android app.

So the router needs a block website addy option.
And a great monitoring options.

I have looked at the Linksys WRT3200ACM AC3200 MU-MIMO Gigabit Wi-Fi Router.
It seams to do the jobs I need a router to do.

Have you people know of any other wireless router that is better?

Any reason why you haven’t run a firmware more suited to your needs such as DDWRT?

+1 for dd~wrt
I picked up a cheap
Dir~880l and stuck dd~wrt on it
Had an open reach modem lying
Around
So cost was only £40
And big improvement from
My isp supplied router

I did have DD-Wrt running. But it's still beta for my router.
And it play havoc with the wifi.

But I have found a way to block websites.
I used opendns in the WRT32X and then opendns an account and block them that way.

Did you use LEDE? It's likely the most stable for your Marvel SoC, failing that OpenWRT: https://openwrt.org/toh/linksys/linksys_wrt3200acm
