Spec me an i5 / memory / mobo bundle?

As in title im wanting an i5 but not sure which one to get, or which mobo / memory to get with it? Reasonably 'budget'

dual channel with i5. Triple channel is only on LGA1366 motherboards.

Socket 1156 for i5

Breakdown is somewhere along the lines of:

LGA1366 - i7 and i9, Triple channel DDR3 memory
LGA1156 - i3s, i5s and some i7s, Dual channel DDR3 memory

Quite a few decent 1156 motherboards there, some decent Gigabyte ones you can look at which come well recommended.
