as title, currently have an i5 760 and ud2h h55 motherboard that is pretty hopeless at overclocking so was thinking of upgrading boards but seemed a bit pointless spending on a dead socket so id like to upgrade to sb with a decent but not over the top board.

i wont ever want to crossfire so that's not some needed, full size board please, just something that's decent quality, has some good features and is easy to overclock. oh i was thinking of upgrading to an agility 3 at some point so something with the 6gb/s sat is it? to use it to its full

the old stuff wont be needed any longer...

thanks

cheers for that spot on price wise too, is that a good board? whats the difference with the latest chipsets?

thanks

The Z68 boards are a combination of the P67 and H67 allowing you to overclock and use onboard graphics I believe. Its a good board, most of the SB boards are now, you just pay more for more sockets/gadgets on the whole.

The latest Z68 chipset has SSD caching to speed up frequently access stuff from a harddrive, but you are using the SSD normally so its a mute point.

And Lucid virtu/Quicksync which uses the onboard gpu to speed up some (a few) encoding type programs and also to save power by not using your discrete graphics card all the time.

The board itself is a packed out for its price.
