spec me an ssd

I am upgrading my system so I am looking for a new ssd, I am looking for something around the 240gb range, must be fast and for around £200-£250, any help would be much appreciated.

i have 2 of these,

the adata are great mind you, i have no problems with them at all, raid just fine if you need it

thanks for that I will have a look at that hardrive unless someone has any other suggestions to look at
