Hey Lads,

The time has come, i have owned my Mondy Tit X V6 Auto for near 15 months, as much as i love this awesome car, i want some more shifting speed, cheaper tax and slightly better econmy, i get 19 - 23MPG out of my Mondeo :0

SO, A Focus ST-3 in Orange or Blue

*OR

ST500 ?

the Econmy was a bit of a Joke mate...

BUT. £225 for 6 months tax on the mondy that is enough to work out the change.

I'm currently looking for a blue ST-3. From what I've read the average MPG is mid 20s, so I can't see it making a huge difference to your fuel bill!

But if you just fancy a change, it's all good ;)

Its more a case of,
My Mondeo, its a Living room on wheels, its brill. BUT, it is so expensive to run... for what? the performance aint that great... where as the Focus ST is very much acceptable, it may use the same / more juice but it deserves to.

lol, quick spec me 15k of car becuase my tax is xpensive!

It's similar to a friend who sold his (fully paid for) Vectra GSi 3.2 as it was costing him £300 a Month in fuel only to buy an Astra Diesel 1.9 as it would only cost him £100 a Month in fuel. Forgetting the finance was £250 a Month!!

this car will be paid for in Cash so no monthly out lay.

I just want a car that earns its running costs.

Forget it, you lot are just bullying me

(HAHA)

If I had that amount to spend on a car i'd consider a Focus ST-3 aswell but only because I want one which should be reason enough, not because I want to save money on tax.

I currently drive an ST220 so I'm in a similar situation. (I expect I don't have £15k to drop on a car yet)

Ohh and Focus ST-3, orange or white and the Mountune upgrade pack please.

"I just want a car that earns its running costs"

I can afford to run what i have no problem, i want a Focus.

Would it not be easier to say you want something that justifies it's running cots, rather than mentioning cheaper tax and higher MPG :/
